| Working experience and occupation(s) during the past 10 years | Ms Wang Yuzhu has more than 16 years experience in building construction and real estate development industries. She founded Yuhui Construction P/L and started her enterprise as a construction contractor in Harbin in 1992. In 1996, she embarked on real estate development business by establishing Tianyuan Real Estate P/L. Over the years, her group has developed residential properties with an aggregate built-up area of 200,000 square meters. In 2005, Ms Wang expanded her group's real estate development business into Sydney, Australia and set up TWT Development Pty Ltd. At the end of 2007, a three-floor luxury beach apartment with a built-up area of 600 square meters and a project cost of AUD4.5 million was completed. In addition, a 13-floor serviced apartment with 46 units, a land area of 800 square meters, and a built-up area of 7,411 square meters (inclusive of four basement floors), which is estimated to cost AUD25 million, is expected to commence construction in June 2009. Furthermore, another luxury beach apartment with a built-up area of 650 square meters and an estimated project cost of AUD9 million is now in the design stage. |
