The Board of Directors of Hitchins Group Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Ng Joo Khin has resigned as secretary of the Company effective from 4 February 2005. Mr Chew Kok Liang has been appointed as secretary of the Company effective from 4 February 2005.
