The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the resignation of Mr Chan Tuck Wai, Benjamin as Group Financial Controller and Joint Company Secretary to the Company.
Mr Chan's resignation will take effect from 5 March 2004 and Mr Low Choon Cheong, the current Financial Manager, will be Acting Group Financial Controller in the interim.
Mr Ng Joo Khin remains as Company Secretary to the Company.
The Board of Directors wishes to record its appreciation to Mr Chan for his contributions to the Group and wishes him all the best in his future endeavours.
