The Board of Directors of Hitchins Group Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that Mr Pradeep Kumar Singh has resigned as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 9 October 2003 and that Mr Ng Joo Khin has been appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from 7 November 2003.
