Management

Mr. Ong was appointed Chief Operating Officer in June 2008. He became an Executive Director of the Company in September 2008. He sits on the Boards of various subsidiaries of the Company.

Mr. Ong is responsible for the management and operations of the Group. In addition, he is also responsible for the Group's corporate finance activities and for the evaluation of the Group's strategic investment portfolio.

Mr. Yu joined the Company as an Executive Director in January 2009.

Mr. Yu is responsible for the Group's exploration of new businesses. Mr. Yu also assists in the further development of our business in China.

Ms. Ong joined the Company as its Chief Financial Officer in July 2008 and is responsible for the Group's financial and management reporting functions.

Ms. Ong has hands-on financial and corporate experience, having assumed the role of financial controllership in various listed companies, in the manufacturing and construction industries. Prior to joining the Company, she was the Financial Controller of Miyoshi Precision Limited.

Ms. Ong is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (United Kingdom) and a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants (Singapore).

Mr. Yeo joined the Group in 1994 and oversees the Group's waterproofing business. He sits on the Boards of various subsidiaries of the Company.

Mr. Yeo has about 26 years of experience in the installation operations of the waterproofing business.

Mr. Yeo is a member of the Marketing Institute of Singapore. He holds a Technician Diploma in Building from Singapore Polytechnic, a Diploma in Marketing from Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom and a Diploma in Sales & Marketing from Marketing Institute of Singapore.

Mr. Kim joined the Group in 1996. Mr. Kim, currently the General Manager of Shanghai Hitchins Da Sheng Waterproofing Materials Co., Ltd, is responsible for the Group's manufacturing and marketing operations in China.

Mr. Kim is also the Executive Director of the Company and sits on the Boards of various subsidiaries of the Company.

Mr. Ng joined the Group in 1989 and he sits on the Boards of various subsidiaries of the Company.

With 26 years of commercial experience, Mr. Ng is responsible for the Group's waterproofing operations in Malaysia.

Mr. Ng has a Master (Honours) in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. He also holds a Diploma from The Chartered Institute of Marketing and a Graduate Diploma from The Institute of Commercial Management in United Kingdom.
